The beautiful view over the street from our room's balcony was a delightful surprise, making our mornings feel special.

We encountered issues with inconsistent hot water availability in the shower, particularly in the mornings, which was quite inconvenient.

The bedding was fresh and comfy! The neighborhood was vibrant, filled with delightful cafes and art shops just a short walk away.

The elevator was tiny, barely fitting two people with bags. Expect some noise from the busy road outside too.

Great bed, but my suitcase wheel went missing during the stay.

the shower was a total fiasco, always stopping during popular times. the staff barely spoke english which was such a thrill! i expected at least some complimentary treat for this inconvenience, but alas, nothing. i almost left a good review but just couldn't, considering the unprofessionalism i dealt with. paris deserves better than this mediocrity!

Conveniently located near the train station, the small lift was a bit cramped, but the comfortable bed and good shower made up for it. Breakfast featured a simple organic section, which added a nice touch. While the room was compact and the late-night check-in was a hassle due to technical issues, the welcoming staff made the experience better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location near Gare de Lyon. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant that was fantastic! My room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay....  

I really enjoyed the cozy vibes of my room and the little snack corner in the lobby that hit the spot after a long day. There were comfy lounge areas and a lovely garden that made it easy to unwind. Just a heads up, the bathroom was a tad tight, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

The family enjoyed a lovely stay, especially our visits to the stunning nearby park where we relaxed and kids played. Our room was spacious and came with a fridge and a safe, along with a fantastic breakfast...  

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed the close proximity to the metro for easy access to all of Paris. The staff's friendly demeanor brightened our stay, and having a fridge in our room was a great bonus. However, cleanliness left much to be desired, impacting our overall comfort. A tip for future guests, request room cleaning services explicitly.

My experience at Trianon Gare De Lyon Hotel was far from pleasant. The room I stayed in, a Standard Double Room, had a particularly cramped bathroom that felt like an afterthought. To make matters worse, I found several long black hairs on the floor and in the shower, which clearly indicated poor cleaning standards. Adding to my frustration, while the air conditioning was advertised, it was virtually non-existent, leaving me sweating through the night. I also encountered issues with the TV, as it didn’t support any English programming or even allow for streaming services.
